Some people may prefer to apply layouts using keyboard shortcuts rather than Drag & Drop. In Mosaic you can use keyboard shortcuts in a number of ways and these can be enabled / disabled independently of the Drag & Drop functionality.
Possible uses of keyboard shortcuts are:
- Opening the Click & Select panel to allow you to apply any layout or Quick Layout
- Activating TouchBar mode
- Applying a specific layout to the active window on the screen it is already on
- Applying a specific layout to the active window on a specific screen
To configure each of these options:

The default shortcut for Click & Select is ⌥⇧⌘L. You can change this by:
- Click the status menu icon for Mosaic
- Select "Preferences..." from the app menu
