The macOS 10.15 Catalina update has introduced some new privacy settings to protect macOS users from Apps using certain features of the system without their consent. In order for all the features of Mosaic of function correctly there are 3 permissions that Mosaic requires access to. Accessibility
Mosaic has always required permission to use Accessibility features of macOS. The Accessibility features allow Mosaic to resize windows of other Apps and is required for the basic functionality of Mosaic. To grant Mosaic access to these features:
How to configure Accessibility
Input Monitoring (new to Catalina)
In order to display Layout options when you drag a window of another application (drag & drop), Mosaic needs to monitor when your mouse is dragged. In addition Mosaic responds to keypresses when Mosaic is not active which requires the same permission. From macOS 10.15 Catalina these features require an App to be granted the Input Monitoring / Keyboard Receiving permission. Rest assured that these are the only reasons that Mosaic uses this permission and keystrokes are not recorded, logged or stored in any way. Without this permission Mosaic cannot detect drag & drop and keyboard input will not function correctly. To grant Mosaic access for Input Monitoring:

Screen Recording (new to Catalina)
The basic functionality of Mosaic does not require this permission and window resizing will function correctly if you choose not to grant permission, however Mosaic also provides handy Window Capture functionality, and in order to capture an image of a window from another App this permission is required.
