What is the Quick Positions Layout Extra?

Sometimes you may wish to move a window to align it with a screen edge for example, without changing its size. The Quick Positions Layout Extra allows you to do this by drag and drop. When displayed this Layout Extra shows a grid of nine icons allowing you to align a window to the following positions on the screen:

• Top Left
• Top Centre
• Top Right
• Centre Left
• Centre
• Centre Right
• Bottom Left
• Bottom Centre
• Bottom Right

You can specify the gutters used for Quick Positions in the Quick Position options of the Layout Extras tab of the Mosaic preferences.
