How do I copy layouts to another Mac?

If you use Window Tidy on more than one Mac, or are moving to a new Mac, you can easily copy the layouts and settings by copying the settings file which resides in Window Tidy's application support folder. The file can be found here:

~/Library/Application Support/Window Tidy/layouts.data

Please note that the ~ is important, it represents the root of your user folder. In recent versions of OS X the Library folder is hidden by default. To locate this folder without having to unhide the Library folder:

• Open the Finder app
• Click the Go menu
• Select the Go To Folder... option
• Copy and paste the above path into the Go To Folder... box ensuring you include the ~
• Press Go
