Trial expired immediately

I just installed the trial and as soon as I started it, it said that the trial expired already. I haven't had a chance to try it out. Any solution that you can give me?

  I guess the application is not maintained anymore.

  WTF?  Why would anyone buy this when the support team sucks and you can't try the trial?  They should rename the package to "Waste of my f---ing time".
