Layouts and Preferences lost - Data Recovery?

Are there files I can hunt down in a Time Machine Backup so I can restore my preferences?  I don't have a Mosaic.mosaicpref file. But, I can get into the plists if I know what to do.

@Support, I sent two emails with some screenshots of my files.
