cascade effect and more fills when there are tons of programs open

i know many people would abhor this... but the cascade effect that used to be on windows was really functional, even if ugly... and it took me about 2.5 hours today just to make that for 6 windows on 13 inch macbook.

Also, i have two monitors and generally have about 10-20 things open... can we work on adding more than just groupings of 3?
