Unable to use my Mosaic Pro license on my new mac

I am trying to use my Mosaic Pro license on my new mac, but when enter it it says "License code has already been utilized".
I bought it in 2020 but it's supposed to be lifetime.
Any idea? I opened a support ticket but got no response after a week
