Chrome resizing is not working

Chrome windows aren't resizing correctly anymore. Every other application resizes fine, but Chrome is the exception. Additionally, I've tried troubleshooting steps with no success, uninstalling, and re-installing, but nothing seems to have an effect. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be highly appreciated!
