When the Mosaic status menu icon displays with a warning triangle, like this:
This indicates that there is a problem with the Mosaic configuration or subscription. Possible reasons for this error are:
- You are connected to an account but that account email address has not yet been verified
- You are not signed in, or you have not been connected to the internet within the allowed offline period
- You are connected to a Mosaic Account but that account is not in a trial and does not have an active subscription
- Mosaic has not been granted access to the required Accessibility functionality
When the warning icon is displayed, clicking the icon should display the configuration wizard on the page relevant to the issue. For example, it will tell you if Accessibility is not configured and indicate how to do this. If you need access to the app menu, clicking the icon again whilst the wizard is open will display the menu.
