If you are subscribed to a plan for Mosaic, you can manage this subscription via your account page. To sign in to your account page:
- Click the status menu icon for Mosaic
- Click the "View Account..." option on the app menu
- Sign in if required on the page that opens in your browser
- Click on the Subscriptions menu item on the account page
From this page you can sign up to a plan, switch to a different plan or cancel your subscription. If you switch plans your payment is adjusted on a pro rata basis, you can switch plans at any time. If you wish to switch plans it is preferable to switch directly rather than cancelling your subscription and starting a new one.
If you wish to cancel your subscription click the red Cancel button on the plan to which you are subscribed. You will be asked to confirm that you intended to cancel the subscription. Cancelling the subscription will cancel the renewal of your subscription, and the app will continue to function until your next billing date where it will be cancelled and no further payments will be taken.
